What do you use for data logging?

Right now I only have the Turnigy Watt Meter, it only tells me peak and current numbers, no graphs, no logging... just the tell tale.

What setups have multiple temp sensors as well as amp/volt/watt logging that you are using in boats?

I'm not sure where to start on this and should get a system that I can transfer between boats while doing setups.

The nicer esc's implement full data logging as well.

I have an Eagle Tree setup that I'll be selling shortly. Let me put together an inventory and PM/e-mail me in a couple days if I forget. This one includes the Seagull so you can see the data in real time.
