4mm Prop selection?

Seems all my boats have 4mm shafts. I found the CF props, but apparently they are not suitable for high RPM setups.

What's the typical solution? I've seen a 3/16, but that's .7mm bigger than the shaft... Will that work?

for my 4mm boats i prefeer to shop here http://www.prop-shop.co.uk/ or to use an adapter for 3/16 to 4mm
