One thing that I always liked about ordering from this site is Steve ALWays ships on time and without any problems. I wish all vendors were like that!
I ordered a new heli over the weekend. Now I could have ordered this heli from 5 or 6 different sites but since I knew who was the main distributor I decided to order the heli directly through them. They ship heli orders second day air so wi the holiday weekend I figured the heli would be here today. Just to be sure I emailed them on Tuesday and asked for the UPS tracking number for the package. I got a email back about 1 hour later stating that the heli never went out and that it would go out on Wednesday Next day air so I will have it on Thrurday. Well the UPS guy came today and NO PACKAGE. Still no tracking number and no replies to emails. Talk about frustration
