er, possibly, what is your pack voltage(s) CHECK NOW. IF OVER 8.4V UNPLUG IMMEDIATLY! now that I've gotten that out of the way...what charge rate are you using?
Still waiting for my boat to come in.it came in

That has not been my experience.
Did you charge them? If so were they in balance before you did?
What is the individual cell voltage?
Where can I go read about your charger, ballancer?

Man you just thought you had questions.

The packs have never been charged in fact they dont even have ends yet, Im using the balancer as a stand off only unit.

mine have not required more than a minute...methinks you had better check your cell voltages. my balancers(hypereon) require the main charge leads to be connected(with in 12 sec.s of plugging in the taps) to balance the packs.

The total voltage is 7.20 I tried the tap for voltage per cell and got 3.44 and 7.2 the rest were 0. I unplugged everything, the charger is a graupner duo plus 30 hobby-lobby, (it has not been connected yet) the balancer is a flight power V-balancer model fp-b6s from tower.

Yes I rfm'd lol, it said balancer can be used as a stand off unit with just the tap wires connected and if the light was flashing it was balancing and not to procede.

The individual cell LEDs are blinking or the mode LED is blinking?

Plugged back in after reading the manual again,,apparantly this will continue until each cell is within 5mv of each other. right now im 3.76 and 3.44

I don't have any experience with any cells other than the Neu 4900s.
None of the cells were out of balance upon arrival. 4-4s 4-6s and 8-2s.
I don't know if your situation is cause for alarm or not. I would think that if they continue to take that long to balance there may be an issue with them.
Hopefully someone that has used these cells will chime in here.

                          Good luck sir,

Thanks everyone, the slightly higher voltage cell is coming down just very slowly, this balance bleeder rate may be adjustable ill dig into it, thanks again.

I balance my packs on stand alone now. Then chagre them & repete. I dont like charging them through the taps anymore. Not after blowing my first balancer sky high...lol
