It turned on a dime!!!!!!

Been working with a 24 in. rigger and finally took it out today...recently installed a turn fin that hung down about 1.4 at the end of the phontoon and couldnt believe how fast it turned!! I mean it turned faster than you can blink! is that normal or is thier something wrong?

You may need to turn your travel down a little bit. But yes, with the turn fin it will be turning well but shouldn't oversteer.
