I sent Chris an e-mail today about the problems with my order, he replied before noon and said he was shipping the spur gear I ordered. So far I'm pleased with the service, a little slow but its looking pretty good. Maybe the guy is ok

I was speaking with my brother in-law this last weekend and he mentioned that he had ordered and paid for two props. Only one was shipped and no responses from Fine Design either by phone or email.

I wonder if we had every item that someone has not received and the dollar amount totaled up in one thread how much money is floating...
