BEC for hydra 240 on 4S

I have a hydra 240A esc and am planning to use 4S1P. Can the ESC's BEC handle that? If not, which UBEC would you recommend?

I use the Castle BEC on my Hydra 240's (not the built in BEC).

Ok, I have a UBEC on order... but, how much margin is there on the hydra 240 if I were to use the internal BEC with 4S for 1 run? I'd like to get 1 test run in. Will it hold or fry?

I have done it in the past and had no problem BUT to be safe I wouldn't do it again.

one of our club members used 4s on the internal bec once and it melted the shrink wrap right above one of the components, that part was very hot to the touch. on the other hand another guy use the bec all the time and has no issues. your choice. personally I wouldn't chance it and mess something up on a $250 esc.

I don't think I'll risk it...

What output voltage shoud I use coming off the UBEC? Servo is a Traxxas 2056 and the receiver is a Spektrum MR3000. I think the default on the UBEC is 5.1v.
