    SS 3mm cap screws

Looking for a source for SS 3mm caps screws fine thread. I believe this is the size for the UL1, AC and Proboat motors.

McMaster only seems to carry the course thread. Looking for various lengths for my inventory.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks - Doug

      Thanks westbeach.

Looks like a good source for hobby fastners.

Still confused though. All I find is M3 x .5 thread pitch.

Are all the spec motor threads M3 x .5? If not what are they?

        Hi Doug,

I don't run spec motors; but my NEU motor uses a M3 bolt. The pitch for a M3 is .5mm standard. The M2 has a .4mm t/p, and the M2.5 has a .45mm t/p. So it's not really coarse or fine in the case of M# series bolts. Hope this helps

              Thanks Guy's

              I guess the screws are 3mm x .5

I must have some screws in my 3m bin that are not metric.
