ECO and Ammo Motor

I just bought an Ammo 36-40, 2900 kv motor from Tower because of the low price, $24. I'm building an H and M Eco hull with a 60 amp ESC. I was wondering what people thought about this motor going into an Eco hull . . . .

Depends on the hull size and what you want to do with it... race or fun. For fun it will be fantastic on a 500mm hull, with a proper ECO prop. Run on 2 or 3 S. For racing, the motor is amp hungry and will not last 6 minutes on the 2S. You would need something like a 28 series or, as I am trying now, a Turnigy typhoon 450.
