thanks steven, i will wait, i still have one more im using right now.

d smock, there is nothing wrong with the quality of the hardware, i love it. its the extreme abuse im giving it while im over powering my boat. what is happening is the boat goes into a very violent flip and spin at about 50 mph and sometimes lands stern first at a sideways angle. when it hits like that something has to give and its usually the rudder. 1st it gets bent after that it breaks from being week at that spot. again no complaints on the speedmaster products.

im trying many ideas to get the boat dialed in, still not there yet.

        thanks,
        john

          John,
The reason I asked is that I thought we have put that rudder assy through everything a guy could put it through, including 50 mph blowoffs. We were talking the other day about how tough that hardware is.

Are you SAWing that boat? I know bad things can happen at speeds over 50 mph. LOL
          Good luck with her ,

            wow you bent those rudders

I hit a piece of wood with mine and just put a small ding in it. and my hydro blows off the water at over 50+mph seriously those are tough rudders!
