I thought that was for paralleled MOTORS... (twin motors...)...

I don't think it's a problem... The wires solder to the same point on the board, so running one to each pack doesn't seem to me to be an electrical issue...

I'll see if I can dig some out... I'll likely be taking some new pics tonight of the Delta Force mono all ready to go... I think I have about 45-minutes more work to do getting the hardware and electronics installed to have it ready for this weekend...

Brian's setups are the ones to really get pics of... He always seems to come up with nice ways to wire things up that make a lot of sense...

QUOTE from the Hydra instructions: "Make sure and connect the entire battery pack to both input wire sets of the Hydra 240. Do not connect half of the pack to one input, this will lead to operating problems from potential voltage/ current imbalances."

Interesting... I guess I can see that... I'll have to look more closely at my controller to see if I see where the issue may be... Might be more of a pack issue than an actual controller issue... I could definately see issues if one pack were bad or less or more or ???

If this is a problem, then they should figure out a way to DELIVER the ESC with a single point of connection... IMHO, that is...

The battery leads go to each of the power boards and are not interconnected to each other like the 80s and 125s were.

I'd be shocked if you can even get them on the wires...

                oh i can. . LOL
im just concerned that having these connectors will "hold the esc back" some how
                but if not then hey.
i should be bale to put them on. i don't need to put both wires in the little hole. one can go inside it and the other one can solder on the out side. it will work out just great.

You could, but it won't be easy with that #10 wire. As I recall it was tough getting #12 in them.

i have tried with 10 AWG and have succeeded. i soldered the end and then put it in a vice and squished it down to fit in the plug

My 3.5s have the same OD as the #10 wire itself. You couldn't beat that wire in there with a 15# hammer.

well i don't doubt your word at all.
i don't want to get into a argument over a few loose ends ( pun intended)

                        oh well next subject.

                            to my main concern.
Do you think having 3.5MM would "hold back" the esc like in a bad way?

Well I am using 6mm connectors and maybe thats why it is pretty easy to me. I put one of the wires inside the connector then the other right on the open hole side of the connector and it was really really easy to do that way. Took about 10 minutes to solder all five connectors on the esc and attaching all 10 wires as well.
