    looking for a "big" hull

me and my dad want to upgrade our challenger to something a litlle bigger. problem is there is not much out there in the 39"- 45" size range. we want to stick with twenty cells with a kb45xl.

will this combo push something in that size range realitivly fast?

right now we are looking at the dragon lady from mhz and the aeromarine outerlimits

i heard the dragon lady had top end handling problems?

our 31" challenger has issues with being a little to fast to even handle it's own wake so i don't want to go right back to that

that is a nice hull, if i go bigger thats what i would go with, put a z-drive on for scale offshore

If it where me & I was buying an MHZ mono...I'd have bought the Cougar. I have read negative things about how they handle. That being said..I am sure some one has set one up with good results.

me and my dad adamintly hate european boats with a passion so that was out of line. from what i've read it's bad as a race boat because of lack of turning abality and he just want's to go fast in a straight line well looking good.

i think it will be better than the challenger

steveo, the z-drives are cool but they don't look like bravo's or #6's and you'd need two of them to be scale. thats alot of ching
