    Hi all

    Can anybody tell me if I can Run a 1521 1.5D on 6S 2P
    Prop x646
    Etti HV 200
    H&M Drifter M

    Looking for Speed.......120km/h if this is possible in this hull ? - - - - - ran 114km/h with 1515 1.5y would lke to go faster

      You can push that motor pretty hard on 6S but I dont recomend starting with that prop right from the begining. The D series are known amp hogs so theres great potential for the magic smoke if you catch my drift. Maybe a 640 or so. Check everything. Make a decision. 42k is spinning a prop darn fast and I bet you could get lots of power out of a smaller prop with the right work up. Hydro props work well on cats.

        I loaned Randy my 1521 1.5D to run 6S in his hydro at tha SAW's several months ago. After several passes, the motor came back fine and runs very well back in my DF33 on 4S. Oddly enough, I found this motor to be conserative on amp draw [on 4S] when compared to my 1515 1Y when doing battery consumption trials for a P-Offshore setup using an M445 - 4.5 minutes and used about 6800 mah in the fairly wet running DF33.
