My word! You are using a 57mm prop submerged??? You need to start your whole setup over again and think it out more carefully....................bigger motor and ESC, MUCH smaller prop

can any one tell me @13v & with a oct-450/3 &150amp esc what speed and amps this is a slower motor but at this time run time is what i'm looking for.

I was trying to help him through pm's, but when he said it was a fully submerged prop, I had to back out. Maybe someone has experience with this kind of setup?

Ok i'll just start over and make one that will work so all this help will get me runinng. All this help is great and may be it will help me to get the other one running later.
