Do you know what the biggest problem with the world is?

There are two types of people in this world...those that love Castle controllers,,,and those that hate Castle controllers..........I'm still trying to figure out which side I'm on................

You don't get what I was saying. The 60 amp aquacraft esc holds up to the ul-1 motor. There is no reason for a Castle 120 to blow. Plus, it did it on plug in so it prob don't have much to do with what motor it was.

Dang, that is such a bummer. I smoked an esc 2 weeks ago, but from submersion. Pretty much my fault, but it sure is a bummer when it happens.

i am not a big castle esc fan either...i read all of the comments on this forum about them...i made an informed decision to get a hydra 240hv..my gut feeling told me not to but i did not listen...sure enough it did not work at all..the problem was i had no receipt because i bought it from the swap shop new..i was not about to dump another 200.00 to have it fixed..i do not agree with their repair fees at all..the price is not reasonable at all and i have learned my lesson...i would rather take my chances with the swordfish at half the price even if its not tested yet...just my opinion

Having to show your receipt is just away of getting out of having to fix it. Dewalt has a 3 year warrenty it goes buy your receit or if you do not have one ( like most of us after a while who knows were it is) it goes by the sin# so way can't castle do this?? I'm not sure, for sure but you here this all the time on here and on RR so it can't be good for sales. You would think they would be in these forums to keep in touch with the end user. just my 2 cents

Ok I under stand what ur saying know. Personaly I would have stuck with aqua 60 amp. I run the ul1 set up in custom G. Finlay I built this winter and it has plenty of power
