repair of gelcoat ?

i crashed my tenshock mini eco
it is fibreglass
there are a lot of cracks in the front
the fibreglass is fine
it's just the gelcoat that is damaged

can i just paint over the cracks with gelcoat ?

No it will come back ,you have to dremo them out. if it is only a gelcoat crack then fill with gelcoat and wet sand it. if it goes in to the glass then you have to add glass filler after you take out the crack then gelcoat.
