    Name that ESC...game show..

Here is an ESC I have (came with a boat I bought a few years back). I took off the shrink wrap and am trying to guestimate what kind of amps it can handle? The motor it came with had 2726KV. Does anyone have a reasonble way to guess? Might use it in a SuperVee with a flood chamber that I am building out...

What is the voltage on the caps? I would make a educated guess on the amperage of 80-120. Because you arent sure I would guess closer to 80A.

The voltage on the caps say 35. other markings on the caps are... M105C, 5(7) du, 3.30 UF

looks like hobbycity 80 or 100 amp as for the 35v i would think that was a 3-6s
          or a 4-6s

Thanks. This should then work fine for a small (SuperVee) motor.

wow ozzie, that is pretty exact from just looking at a board. duly impressed. That is actually much better than I had hoped for. I guess if I google around I can find something on how to program it.

If the caps are 35V you need to keep the voltage input below 24V, below 20V would be better.

Thanks. Yes, I plan to use it in a smaller boat with 2s somwhere down the road.
