    Data Logger Info

I see people talking about information loggers in their boats, what can I get to give me this information as I am running at the lake? Looking for motor and esc temp, amp draw and any other important information.

I wold like to buy it from Steven here at OSE if I can

It will run in at least 2 different boats if that matters as to what I buy

It has a display that you can purchase separately to use at the lake to see the test information.

I got my microPower E-logger from OSE and it's a great tool when trying to find the right prop or to compare battery packs... and more!

I replied to your PM by my phone and I see you didnt get it. To answer your question. I ran the dpr in parallel so voltage and amps are to be x by 2. That is how the dpr 100 survived the amp spike. It can be ran in series(high voltge mode) and still take the spikes. But I won't take the chance. The DPR and Micro logger perform the same tasks. The EagleTree unit is newer and is able to monitor more parameters @ once as aposed to the DPR100. DPR now has a second gen logger The DPR 100 &150II. I am unsure of the specs but I do run the new software. It's the same as the first gen with added suport for the second gen units. In short it's all about how many options you want and how much you have to spend. They both will do the job and are one of the best ways to protect your investments. If you want my preference. I would buy the EagleTree unit for the expantion options alone. That is not to say the DPR is not a quality unit. It is and will do the job just as well for less over all expence. I have the DPR because I was lucky enough to have it givin to me By Mr Hill...Thanks again Steve :). I hope this helps you out.

I use the Eagle Micro. It is a fantastic tool. The only negative I can think of is the limitation of 100 amps. I purchased mine direct from Eagle with 2 temperature sensors and LCD display. This was prior to Steven carrying this product line

but it seems the Eagle tree has infinite expansion possibilities, take a look at Custom Hardware Settings, there's a 140 and 300 amps sensor option!!!
