Rcx fun opportunity to get a free boat!!

Ladies and gentlemen, I am proud to announce that Tony Heller and I will be running the boat pond at RCX again this year.

We will need a few more volunteers to play with boats and plug in batteries for the "try me" boats.

The tent will feature ALL Venom boats including King of shaves 55 and Electric King of Shaves.

RCX Pomona fairplex March 20, and 21st 2010 this weekend!!!

RCX is the ULTIMATE hobby experience. if you've never been, its a must see. you get to see SOOOO many new products, as well as stuff you'llnever see anywhere else.

Anyone interested in joining in on the fun can PM me on here, or email me billoxidean@yahoo.com or just show up. You don't have to commit to helping all day although we could use the help.

Anyone who helps for 5-hrs or more gets a free venom boat RTR!!!

                Bill and Tony,
I am going to try to make it out on Sunday. Josh and Brad will be at my house on Sat to do some testing on new equipment/setups. If I go on Sunday I would be more than happy to help you out. You ARE kidding about the free Venom, right?
Should be fun and I will try to make it there at the beginning of the show on Sunday. Are you guys still on for coming down to my place the Monday after the SAWS? You push the boats so hard at the event will you have anything left to run on my lake.......if not, just come for the food and drink anyway!

No sir, not kidding about the free Venom boat, I've got 6 in my kitchen designated for it. I would LOVE for you to come help out!

This will be fun! RCX is one of the best RC experiences I've had. Being surrounded by that much hot fresh RC is unmatchable. All the comanies you wonder about are there.

I wouldn't have nearly as much success with companies without it. RCX has stuff you will never see online.

RCX isn't just for shmoozing with the MFGRS they have models for DIRT cheap I mean DIRT.

No one goes to RCX and comes home empty handed. There are so many free things there like shirts, stickers, and many times free parts..

If I lived in the USofA I would jump on that offer with outstreched arms, hell if I knew where my passport was I'd give it some serious thought anyway. Nice one Bill way to help out your fellow FE boaters!

I will post some pics and video of the event, at least when I am there on Sunday. I certainly agree that is good to get young kids involved with any type of RC technology.

I heard British Airways was going on strike so even with a passpost you may be spending your time in the airport lounge!

That strike has been off and on since before Xmas, it will never happen in the end because the staff know there winging about nothing being some of the best paid in the sector and like most airlines in the recession BA is living on a knife edge at the moment, a strike would cost BA a lot of money and they cant pay the wage bill on reduced income so there would have to be job losses, no one wants a 15% pay rise this month and a p45 next month when their in an industry that isn't hiring.

But apart from that with my budget I prefer to enshew the big name conglomerats and support the little independents by traveling on either Air Veal Calf or Battery Hen Airlines, they may make you defecate before boarding, be standing room only, pressurize the plane with helium, give you half a dry Ryvita as your meal, show snakes on a plane as the in flight movie the open the sluices to dump weight mid flight and have see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil as captian co-pilot and navigator, but at least like the battery chicks their cheep!
