He responds to my e-mails so promptly its ridiculous, and always has my packages out that day or asap and at my door in record time and packs just as well!!! K, so typical OFE story. I make an order Friday evening.... Monday post? have my items in hot little hand. What is the deal? even a well oiled machine isn't this quick - and of all the thousands of dollars I have spent, just one order had slight mistake... which was remedied instantly.

Steven and this entire forum is the best one I belong to. Product is great.. Ive never had a warranty issue, but ones Ive read about, seems Steven really steps up to bat and does all he can to get issues resolved.

Great customer service. And like I said, the forum members are 2nd to none.

Sometimes you will have to wait weeks for a certain item to be restocked, but overall he has VERYGOOD service.

WOlf V and I talked about this while running FE boats on Sunday. I thank him starting the post and for posting it so quickly..............quicker than I even had to get my next order into Steve! The real trick is to guess the number of Steve's parts is Wolf V's fleet that he brought over to run on Sunday!

I agree, always answers my questions quickly. I would rather buy here than the LHS because they dont seem to know much. They said they couldnt order me octura right lay cable because they dont make it... :rolleyes:

Here is my story:
At the beginning of March I made my first order @ OSE.
2 hours after PPal payment I received shipping confirmation with tracking number.
It took 5 days to ship it to Poland(Europe)

The best source of Octura props - the balanced version is awesome
Great service, I will definitely buy more
