    MGM 25035-3-race-boat-e-series Esc

Hi there to you all i'm new to this forum so please be gentle with me
i have just brought one of these esc to put in a boat that is running a KB45 1600Kv motor on 6s

Innovation, experience, outstanding parameters, original solutions, grasp on the detail, individual approach. All of this, coming with MGM COMPRO.

The guy i purchesed the boat from blew a few esc on that rig, a 150 amp Etti, and a 200 amp Watercooled Himodel esc also
Are any of you guys running MGM esc ?

    any imput will be helpful

If you can afford that esc, ditch the kb45 and at the least get a feigao 580L. The KB's are in-efficient amp hogs!!

that KB45 is probably why the esc's died. the previous owner may have over heated it causing the magnets to loose strength.

I still have 3 of them and while they are a bit large their performance is great. And the factory, while overseas, supports their product 100%. I had one go bad and sent it to them. Didnt charge me a penny. All it cost me was the shipping. But it took almost 3 months to get it back. Still I cant complain. One of mine is 5 years old, in a SAW rigger, maxed out on amps and still works perfectly. Its thermaled at least a dozen times. Like a Timex.

Thanks for all your responses it sounds to me like you guys don't like the KB45 why? he showed me a vid of that boat running with that motor and it was smoking fast 100 kmh easy i have had some bad experiences with feigao motors in my EDF jets and would like to stay away from them
I have a new Hyperion outrunner motor that i was going to use in my heli

i might try it in this boat any one here tried these type of motors ??

poor reliability is why most people don't like them, the Feiago is a better motor than the KB45. Funny your the only person that I know of that said a kb45 was smoking fast! go with the Neu Castle if you want a better motor than the Feiago.

The esc is perfect, I ve burnt many others until I got the MGM. It gave life to my boats!
The motor should be OK you can try also this one

I chose the 1670 kv but I received a 1470 kv, no problem. I have not tried it yet though
