I have two and run them in both my P Sport Hydro and P Mono, the Hydra240s have worked great with no problems. Be sure to set the timing advance to between 0-4 degrees, more just adds heat.

60 mph is possible in a cat, but run time may be limited due to heat buildup. Start with an x450, then try an x648 or P235.

        I've used a Barracuda 125 for 2 seasons w/ a 1521 1.5D on 4S with no issues.
It does limit how much prop I can use, currently a 447 I think.
This year I'd like to prop up a bit so I am using the CC HV180...haven't tried it yet though.
        this is in a Pmono.

I assume you are running it on 4S, 6S will fry the esc with medium set-ups in a heartbeat. I have a 2151 1.5D, 1D and 0.5Y and all have run with correct prop. I used to cook the 240's pretty regularily, but I added the Etti cap bank and these has helped considerably on hot set-ups. Haven't fried one after I added the caps.

Other more robust options would be a Schulze 32.200wk or the 40.300wk, but those are probably out of the question due to cost.
