Radtek Powerboats 24" and 92" Catamarans

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ok, here is our website and video.

The video is rough, we will have better soon. Also one of the $10 chinese test motors failed just after this video and you can hear me complaining about it. We will be testing the little screamers motors this week.

If you haven't been on any of the other threads, our boats are just finishing testing and we will hopefully have them for sale soon. The are based off the dimensions of the full size offshore powerboats. They are made of all carbon fiber or carbon/kevlar hybrid.

    Please ask any questions.

The bottom design is similar to those on MHZ and other Euro cats. It works for straight line speed, but turning these narrow cats is problematic. They are scale designs and share the same problems that plague the full scale cats; high speed turns are usually not in the cards. It isn't the bottom design that limits turning, it's the narrow tunnel. Since it is a Hans Peter design it has the potential to run well, but do not expect it to turn like a MeanMachine does.

            Sweet glass work.

My BK cat was like that. Went straight absolutely awesome. Really fast but was tricky in the turns. Took more finesse than I was willing to deal with. I could do it but catch the wrong wave, catch an edge and your pointed the wrong way.
