4s or 5s lipos for Mean Machine

I will be running a CC 1518 at 1800kv, with a CC Hydra 240lv, and M545 or M645 props on a MM. At 4s is 26,640 rpm , and at 5s is 33,300 rpm, which is best for good speed , low temps, and the best handling for the boat? Just need some input before I purchase some lipos.

I think rumdog runs this motor in his 31-inch mono on 5s, and he says the temps are cool. I would run 5s, and start with the smaller prop.
