I have no idea what rank Conde holds, but with the War On Terrorism, the U.S. Army has had to relax it’s enlistment standards in order to have enough personnel to do the job - - even though not a very good one, considering ’The War’ is way too political to be fought the way it should be . . . .
Just my opinion as a former Army ’Lifer’.

i have brought from o.s.e a DF 32,mean machine,vs1.
if steve can post these why cant he post a hull.

I have to stick up for him in terms of the size problems.
I used to NOT be able to send those size packages. IF a postal worker does his job, he will reject a package of this size I send you guys. I found a post office that doesn't do its job and allows them to be shipped.
