homemade esc cooling

i have seen several cooling ideals for non water cooled esc...my question is were do i buy the adhesive and the gary paper looking stuff ...i bought these litlle metal water jackets but not sure how to make them stick

Add a small computer fan search for it on RumRunner forum lots of info about it and it works well
