I like most of you have more then just boats. Does anyone do this or do you all have mix-matched stuff like i do. I have 6 batts on traxxas connectors 3-4 on deans and just got some new ones from HK with 4mm bullets. I also bought some 5.5 bullets to standardize my stuff but now am thinking that 5.5 on everything wouldn't be a great idea. example. Bashing with a buddy and i have 5.5 so a buddy couldn't borrow a batt, nor could i use one. (unless i make adapters)
So what should i do. Here are some options, but please give your feedback.
1. Convert all to traxxas (i hate making these plugs, most work involved)
2. Make all deans (traxxas wont warranty esc's with connectors removed) and can these handle the current I will be using?
3. make all 5.5. Looks like one of the best options.
4. Make my car batts all traxxas and boat batts 5.5
I also just bought a squid charging adapter. Best invention ever.
