Not all monos need a turn fin or a set of them to handle adequately. Just like trim tabs. Not always needed. It depends on what hull you are running. All that said,...most folks normaly turn to the right so thats where they put on a turn fin. What hull are you setting up?

BBY Warzone Jr. 20" long 5.5" wide with 3600kv on a 3s. with a Stinger strut and not sure about rudder. I have a 78mm but not sure if that would be long enough or would a 95mm be better?

I like about an 1.25 to 1.5" of rudder below the strut on most of my setups. But you have a small hull so I'm pretty sure thats too much. Desired speed would an important consideration. Someone with more experience should chime in.
