Would this be a good cf to strengthen up an abs hull?

Yes but no. Its roughly19 by 36 inches. You can find it in the states for that price or cheaper and pay a lot less in shipping. Check out Fiberglast.com They often sell short rolls. I picked up a short roll (approx 32"x36") for under $40 shipped. You can probably even call them ans see if they will sell you a specific size piece.
And Im not sure how it would work applying it to ABS. Scuff the heck out of it to get a good bond I guess. I saw a post on here a few months back about someone strengthening an ABS hull. Might be worth a search to find out how it worked out. -

So my take is use nothing but ca glue on the hull? Do you ca the entire cf as well? What about using abs cement from like home depot to join the deck and hull?Comment
