Can somebody tell me which hull is faster the Delta Force Cyber Storm or the 33inch Delta Force ? I am going to use a NEU 1521/1.5 D on 4S2P.

In a straight line the DF33 is faster. If you are planning on oval racing go with the Cyber Storm. The Cyber Storm does not have a flat ride pad in the rear like the DF33, so it takes the corners better. As well, the CyberStorm has enough freeboard to run the Offshores classes, the DF33 does not. The CyberStorm is a pain in the butt to tape up though. As you may gather, I own one of each.
All the best,

The 1" free board requirement showed up in the Limited Sport Offshore rules but not in the regular offshore rules. LSO was written after the offshore rules. The intent was to keep the surf boards out. There really isn't an advantage with a surf board as fast as we're going now. The water is king. I suspect that we'll see the 1" requirement go away in future editions of LSO. Does IMPBA have an offshore section? I always forget.
I would think that the Storm having a true vee would make it handle a little better in the chop that offshore produces. By lap 5 it's like ocean racing. For that I like a sharp vee that rides IN the water instead of ON the water. Not everyone goes that route though. Some guys drive well enough that they can blast across the tops with no fear at all. The Deltas are fast. I need to get something in the water besides my turn fin or I'll do something stupid........er.Noisy personComment
