    Elmers epoxy

    Hi all,

i am trying out this elmers two part epoxy with some success..it hardly smells, its easy to work with and washes off immediately with soap and water...it does take a day or so to fully cure but its worth the wait..it is cures a bright white which is handy when filling in holes...you can sand it too...they claim its non permeable...i bought some at my local lowes..i am not sure if i would use it in an adhesive situation..but for filling in holes its an option i wanted to inform everyone of...oh yeah and when its not quite fully cured you can still manipulate it in its putty like state..cool stuff

Interesting! I can't imagine it's really an epoxy if it washes off with soap and water! But good to know!! Add some milled fibers or micro balloons to it and it would make a great filler too!

i am sure it would not wash off with soap and water if i let it stay on my hands for 24 hours..it takes a long time to cure...comes in 2 nice containers resin and hardener about $15.00
