I tried to charge it but it would not let me. so what is up and what do I do?? any help would be nice

Did you set the charger up to charge 2S or 3S? Check that first. Doesn't your charger also have a discharge cycle? You could try discharging the battery a little bit and then trying again.

You should be able to plug in your battery to your charger without having to hook up the balancer to discharge the battery. Give that a try, if not take your boat or what have you for a quick spin to discharge the batteries.

Rick, try doing a full cycle of discharge first then charge her up. Without a balancer attached.

Must not be too many FE boaters up there other than yourself? Are others running nitro/gassers?

Rick, sorry to hear about your lipos. At least you didn't burn your boat or house! I guess you get to treat yourself to some new ones

Just had to look at it, so cut it open and only 1 sell was bad. got the wires off any reason why I can't make it in to a 2s for my rock crawler it was a 3s 1800 so would I not get a 2s 1200 just would not have the balance plug. but shuld be good for a rock crawler with a brushless motor.
