Any ideas on a new ESC

Well after i pushed the end bell out of my 8xl i put a 9xl in my hydro and after 8 runs the hydra 120 went up in smoke real good. Its about 1-1/2 years old with ALOT of runs on it. My question is any recemendations on a cheaper unit to replace it? Even at $105.00 and 1 month to get a new Hyda repacement i dont want to do it or wait for one to long.

Not sure what prop/ voltage you were running, But I have used a SV-27 controller on 4S in my SV, Miss Vegas and Blackjack 26 with great results for years.

It's pretty decent for the $$. I replaced my Hydra 240 with one runnning a Neu 1515 1Y on 4S2P. Fits perfectly in the tight confines of my H&M hydro.
