    Help With Hydroplane

    hi guys
    ive bought a dpi american dream from astec .
    but i want to up grade it to make it go faster :)
    the specs at the moment are
    hull:Dpi American Dream
    Motor:Mig 500 Turbo Race 2100rpm
    Esc:Graupner 60 amp
    i cant remember what the prop is but im going to change it .
    so if you can give some ideas

    That was a great racing hull with 6 to 7 NiCd cells about 15 years ago. In order to give you good advice today we need to know a few more things about you and your hydro.

    What are you using for batteries - NiMH, LiPo, voltage?

    Prop size is important to know.

    How much FE experience do you have?

    What are your expectations for the model - speed, run time and amount of regular maintenance/parts replacement?

    How much is in your hop-up budget?

        well i need to get new batterys all together cause only got 6cells 7.2V
        and the prop size if 35mm or somthing small but im going to get a new prop aswell

                i dont have a clue by FE experience but i want my boat to reach 40mph bout 3-5mins running time
                and budget bout 100pounds
