    Sad moment for rc

Gents, I'm afraid to break the news to ya' Hisashi Suzuki founder of Kyosho has passed..

I don't have much to say besides my thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. My first boat ever was a Kyosho viper, and Kyosho has contributed tons to boating.

Kyosho has done more for model boating than any other leading manufactuer hands down.
They produced the first RTR boat and still produce race worthy hulls

I love Kyosho cars, they have such nice details! I have been to their shop a few times and people were always nice and seem very creative, I hope they stay that way and don't get overpowered by greed with the next CEO.

Kyosho under Suzuki rocked. Back in the late 1980s/early 1990s the only RTR boats worth owning for any kind of racing were Kyoshos. They always worked and allowed upgrades pretty easily. Head and shoulders above the comparative 'junk' put out by MRC and MRP, which seldom met expectations and often didn't even work!

My first real buggy was the Optima Mid SE. Still have it! Tamiya and Kyosho are tops in the rc world.

Thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.

My first RC car was a Kyosha belt driven, 4wd. Back in the early 90's 4 of us had the same car with stock motors and NASCAR bodies. We use to race for hours in a parking lot until they turned the lights off on us. The cars never let us down. My sons first boat was a Speed Vee 800 and now his sister is learning to drive it. Still is a fun Boat.
                  I hope his legacy continues.

Kyosho is being run by Suziki's son, so its in great hands along with Joel Johnson I believe
