    British records...

    Hi, i want one.

these are the current records i might attempt

12 cell surface mono (brushless) 52.16 mph
20 cell surface mono (brushless) 51.23 mph
30 cell mono surface drive (brushless) 36.53 mph

those are the most up to date speed records i can find...

they don't seem to impressive too me since lipos can be used i would of thought the record for 30 cell mono would be atleast 70, could some of you recommend me some hulls and power set ups for saw i currently have 1 schuzle 40.160 which is the esc i would probably be using over my AS6-150's

Whose records are these? Where did you find them? Under what governing body were they set? They seem 'way obsolete to me too.

The most recent records in that link were set in 2005, I know there have been records set since them. No LiPos in 2005.

The 2007 records inc the only LiPo ones were lost for a long time, we have a new records officer now and I heard he managed to track down the missing records but have not seen them posted anywhere.

They talk about the 2007 records being lost and the 2005 records being the current ones to break...

Dave Harvey's phone number is in the first of the 2 links that fluid just posted and he is the one that I heard managed to track down the new records.

2007 was a trial year with separate duplicate classes for Nixx cells and Lixx, those classes will be merged this time as its unlikely that anyone will come with Nickel cells, if I remember right we knocked the brushed classes on the head too so the classes will likely be split into hull type and cell count rather than race classes to be more inclusive as some boats don't fit race classes, a supercat setup will probably be in an 8s catamaran class.
