This Brushless thing is A OK!!!!!

I finally got my Hextronics ESC and gave my OM29, with a 11XL in there (Thanks SJFE), a go. Yesterday I tried a old 14 cell HR-2600 (total old school, but great sport cells) pack with a X445 on it, it went pretty good but was by no means crazy and the motor and ESC were pretty warm. This morning I tried the boat with a Graupner K42 to see if I could reduce the temps a bit and not only did I reduce the temps but the boat is MUCH MUCH faster.....I mean now it is scary fast (for me at least). I guess the X445 was just too big of a wheel to get it over the "hump" and get the motor spinning where it should be. All that and the motor and ESC are just barely warm......life is good.

for more speed if the temps are happy try the 45 mm

The K45 was my prop of choice on the SV. It had a nice balance of handleing and TS.
