They are really hard to come by. Most of the beer companies, etc. have copyrighted their logos and won't allow them to be used, etc.
I have the same dilemma. I make my own in the computer but they leave a lot to be desired.Mini Cat Racing USA

If you have samples -- from magazines, newspapers , etc.... a lot of local print shops will do them up!
Reddy Print, Fast print etc..... not real cheap but .....
Also if you go to your local hobby shop and look at the rack that has soap box derby supplies you may find them. Revel car models or AMC 3 in 1 kits have them too! The 3 in 1 kits have enough parts to build a stock model, a fancier model and then a track version so it has some decent decals! Most are wet slide on so you may have to clear coat so the don't come off!We did it with a Bang!

It's a bit of work but you can go to "Brands of the world" and get vectored logos and then use Illustrator or Inscape (freeware) to get the size you want with no loss of detail. Just type in beer or oil in the search box.

Not boat specific, but plenty of racing oriented stuff.
Tower Hobbies carries an expansive collection of RC cars, RC airplanes, RC boats, model trains, sot cars, and supplies for all hobbyists.

Here are a couple links from places I've used, decal max uses good vinyl and adhesive backing that will last for years and they are 15 min from our house, so it makes it easy for me. Weston signs have good looking decals but need to be cleared or the thin edges will peel if you wipe over with a towel to dry the hull.
