    Guys

Thanks for you help and comments. I was kinda starting feeling hopeless with that boat....

Hopefully I'll be able to work on the suggestions this weekend.

Will let you know how it goes.

      Hi guys

The second trial at the lake was a big success

Main changes I did was to use a bigger 3 bladed prop (4.5cm) and play with the CoG.

The boat went almost instantly on a plane when I press the throttle It does go pretty fast but the hull is on the heavy side.

Very stable on the water and has lots of presence. When turning the boat has the tendency to hook with too much turn on the steering. I guess if I reduce the senstivity on the steering the problem will be solved.

Thanks a lot Fluid and all you guys for your comments. I do feel my efforts and $$$ in building that boat were not in vain......

Now will work on some improvements

Attached are pictures of the old 2 blade prop and new 3 blade prop.

Other than the size do you think the 3 blade prop make a big difference compared to a 2 blade one?

      Cheers

I would go with a metal prop because the plastic one will flex
