    What you build if you had a 2215/1.5Y, 240HV and 10s2p set-up?

OK guys, I am starting to get a little cabin fever in California. I only have two boats to build in the "winter" and I have a reasonable open class power system laying around. Given that I have a 2215/1.5Y, CC 240HV and at least enough batts to run a 10S2P at 9000mAh set-up what would you build for an open class boat?

My opinion is that the 2215/1.5Y is only powerfull enough to run a cat or rigger for a 6-lap + mill race.

If you think a cat would be better, which hull and why?

I can build a rigger around this power package, but then its a right hand only boat.

Give me some ideas here guys.

I would go with the avenger pro or conquest aero marine cat . I have seen the avenger pro run with a 1527 1.5y on 10s 2p x452 prop it ran very well and it ran 4 min offshore heat the little more watts with the 2215 should run even better and these boats handle very well.

        Build a Rigger. I run that set-up on 9s2p (7400) 75mph +

Still has a lot more in it too!

OK, you guys twisted my arm. I'll keep working on the CAD model of my rigger.

Heck Tyler I would have voted for a 1/8 scale or sport scale or sport 40 something along those lines.

              Mark,

The thought has crossed my mind, but I already have five sport hydro's and although i love running them, I wanted to either build a cat or rigger. Also because sport boats tend to be a pain to fix when damaged and finding one with a nice cowl to tape down is a pain. I could build a gas size whip FE, but I couldn't build a third as nice as my first two whom a friend built for me.
