How to unwarp fiberglass?

Any ideas how to unwarp a fiberglass hatch? It is gel coated except for a spot where it is repaired with expoxy.

use a heat gun but be careful, don't keep it on to long.

I used a heat gun to unwarp it. I have to leave something heavy on the edges to keep it in shape till it cools but still goes back to a warped state. Any ideas? I think im srewed here.
