    43" Cat--Which Motor to run?

I have a fiberglass 43" Cat hul, fairly light that I want to run in the 40-48mph range. I have a 5S lipo 30C 5000 mah and a 120amp 22.2v speed controller. I am looking to use what I have and add only motor. Is there a motor that will work? I thought about a 580xl 10 1200kv or a 580xl 11 1000 kv. I have props in the 52-55mm 3 blade range. Which of these motors would be best and can I get those speeds with this combo?

I dont believe those speeds can not be achieved with what you have in parts. Even if you ran 100 amps consistently you will only have about 1400 watts after losses.

Huh? I'm pretty sure you meant what you said but not sure you said what you meant. Maybe it's just too early in the morning...
