Check the capacity on that 1100 RX pack in the last pic. The gas guys in Atl. were using those and had three runaways at the races last month. It wasn't pretty.
I brought three of them home with me on Sat. and cycled them on a Cadex C-7000. The capacity was down on all of them. 600 mah and less.
Two of them were brand new.

I'm glad you got some time on the lake with your new ride!!!

Thanks guys. Actually, I just used the 1100 5 cell pack for a test. I am now using a 2800Mah lipo pack. I cycle my nimh packs every now and again. Maybe every 12 uses. That way I KNOW they are holding the power.

The boats cool. I need some teflon liner so I can keep the fluid out.
