Try reinstalling Chrome. I use it and am not having these issues. The earlier versions of chrome had this issue.

I'm using Chrome version 3.0.195.33 and its working.

Like it was mentioned, that was one of the JAG boats, Joerg's to be more precise, he crashed around 140mph and went under, 3 days later the hull was found and the little fella had claimed it as his home... pretty funny if you ask me. Good thing for Joerg that he had 2 other hulls just like this one to crash, which he did. He broke the record nonetheless.
