    Prop for Titan 29

    Ok, I got my Titan 29 together with a Medusa 3670 2300kv
I'm going to run in a stock class with a SV27 motor, possibly with a 45mm prop..
but with the Medusa on 4s what would be a great prop to use?
I tried a S220 and it looked to be about 45mph? I left my gps at home
    any help would be great!

Well, I ran my Titan with a 45mm prop and jacked up the shaft...
The coupler came loose just enough to slip and melted the solder on the end of the shaft and it came unravled

Ran the Titan 29/SV27 combo today with a Grim 42/55 mildly detounged & cupped.
Liked it a lot; temps were fine. More prop testing to come. What've you found ? I'm not sure the temps in a 4 min LSO race using a 445 would hold - or the 4S1P batt would like it. Get the shaft replaced & report !

Proper is on the money. Additionally, Titan needs tabs with ~ 1 or 2 degrees neg trim, otherwise they are squirrely, loose & uncontrollable . At least with the following set-up, they compete favorably in our club. Ul-1 power and 440 for offshore.
Boats don't win races, drivers do.

I ate the shaft with the Medusa, and not sure what I need to replace it?

Make sure you're using a .150 ! A .187 wouldn't be bad either, especially with the Medoozie. I remember a few years ago I was up North with Randy & Dan Chase doing an unofficial dual-stopwatch 2-Lap at Kaiser Cove. I had a 9XL in the Titan with a .130 & was setting a killer time, then right before the finish line - Spladoinge !! Pretzled the shaft
[BTW I just screwed up my (unsoldered end) .150 trying to insert it into the collet, then screwed up the collett Live & Learn !
