Yes you have to join the hull together and install motor mount stuffing tube running hardware and electrics. Or for aliitle more $$ i'm sure Randy will do it all for you.

I dont know if your motor would handle it but i have a 27" aquacraft ul-1 hydro that is built it just needs motor, esc, rx/tx, batteries
