    Well, it WILL be a 5S LiPo and should work just fine as long as he does not pull more than the recommended amperage. If they are 15C cells then his maximum continuous would be 64 amps; if 20C cells then 84 amps. With that motor he will need the boat to run freely and use a small prop like an x438 or x440 tops.

            You can charge a 4350 mah pack at 3 amps. You just should not charge it at more than 1C. The different balancers have different balance lead so you will either need to get packs with the correct balancer connection or an adapter.
