So during the switch I was told it would take this normally takes about 2-6 hours with a max of 24 hours. The switch was supposed to take place around 12am. Instead they didn't do it until around 6am yesterday. So around 2pm I'm thinking we're done. Things seems fine. Than around 5pm the site is totally down. Around 10pm I'm concerned and call them. They tell me they cant do anything until the 24 hours is up. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed when I roll out of bed this morning and still nothing!!!!! I call and email the company and they tell me "oh there were a couple of things not done right, give it 10 minutes". 10 minutes later we're back up. Now why couldn't they do that last night????????????????????????????????????
Sorry for another one of my rants. Imagine what it must be like living with me. Thank God, my wife Lisa is a sweetheart!
