a lil help

Hello all getting back into boats I am converting a proboat 1/8 miss bud over
what Y should i go with 2215 1y 1.5 or 2? I have a castle 240hv esc, oct 460 3blade
and 4 5cell 5000mah packs that will be ran at 37volts. im not racing so run time is not a issue .. thanks

10s then or 42 volts. Did you call mr fuller yet?

How big is this boat?

I was just talking to LittleScreamers and he has just released a 650kv outrunner that ran a 42" test shovel nose to 60mph on 10s. This size boat is out of my experience range, but the numbers his putting up sound great. The motor is an outrunner with a built in water jacket.

guess i would like to know if i want to go faster is the 1y my best bet.. unlike rc cars i can buy 5 motors!
