Found this one downstairs in a box, always was going to mount it on a small mono - Yep, never got to that one either.....

So, anyone know anything about these? They sure do look neat.

4mm prop shaft, room for a 45mm prop, but I doubt it would push it. I guess it depends on what the winding is on the 540 motor on top. Looks like it is new.

So, can anyone give a history lesson?

there is a guy on scale4x4rc and I believe RCU as well that has a collection of these outboards. I am sure he could tell you the history on this little gem!

On a side note, this could be a collectors item! Might want to hang on to it.

Drop a brushless in there with some Mercury decals and it would be a great scale motor!
